<p class="large" style="text-align:left">We conduct business ethically and honestly; how we show up is key to Ethical ERP.  We believe in transparency, respect and humility; we are humble about what we know and open about what we don't.</p>

<p class="large" style="text-align:left">Alex graduated in Computer Science and completed a data science apprenticeship. He worked with SAP across multiple business areas.  He is passionate about process, data and AI. He is a fluent Russian speaker.  Martin spent years working with SAP seeing the good, the bad and the ugly of ERP success and failure. He is passionate about the human mind and has researched for years how we better programme ourselves to negotiate change and achieve our goals.  He speaks good French, Italian and not so good German.</p>
<p class="large" style="text-align:left">We came together to create Ethical ERP, with shared passions for communication, relationship building, honesty, integrity, analytics, an ability to understand a business very quickly and business growth.</p>
